Hey guys this is my meal plan for 1600 calories, this a base i like to use for meals, you can use this meals for your plan. This plan has 4 meals throughout the day with only 1600 calories.
TOTAL MEALS : 16 MEALS
4 BREAKFAST : Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast
4 LUNCH: Buffalo Chicken Bowl
4 DINNER: Chipotle Chicken Bowl
4 NIGHT DINNER : Chicken Meatloaf
This plan is a base depending on your diet plan you can add calories, snacks and protein shakes to complete your plan, for me i love to add a few snacks and its clean and perfect.
